Summary
 The only normal solution for anion colloidal titration. It is used for the quantitative determination of cation high-molecular compounds by direct titration and for the quantitative determination of agar, mucin and high-molecular flocculants through combined use of glycol chitosan solution, which is a cation colloidal titration solution.

Colloidal titration is widely used for polyelectrolyte determination. 
Positive colloid solution can be titrated with potassium polyvinyl sulfate,
and negative colloid solution can be titrated with glycol chitosan, methyl
glycol chitosan, or polydiallyldimethyl ammonium chloride.
