微囊藻毒酵素免疫分析套組

A. 簡(jiǎn)介  
本分析套組用於定量分析藻類食品及飲用水中的微囊藻毒素（Microcystin，
以下簡(jiǎn)稱 MCY）的含量。其檢測(cè)原理根據(jù)直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型酵素免疫分析法（dcELISA）
所研發(fā)，待測(cè)樣品中所含的 MCY 會(huì)與 HRP-MCY 接合物共同競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已預(yù)先附著在微孔
內(nèi)的限量 MCY 抗體，呈色數(shù)值將與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品曲線比較定量。 
 
B.本套組所提供的材料與試劑 
1. 1 個(gè)微孔盤（6 strips 共 96 wells），孔內(nèi)附著有辨識(shí) MCY 的多株抗體 
2. 6 瓶 MCY-LR 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品溶液 【0.0, 0.1, 0.25 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 ppb】  
3. 1 瓶 MCY-HRP 酵素接合物 6 毫升【HRP conjugate】  
4. 1 瓶酵素受質(zhì)液 12 毫升【Substrate】 
5. 1 瓶反應(yīng)終止液 12 毫升，內(nèi)含 1 N hydrochloric acid 【Stop solution】  
6. 1 瓶 10 x 濃縮清洗液 20 mL，內(nèi)含 0.1 M PBS and 5% Tween 20 【10 x Wash 
buffer】 
7. 1 支 3 毫升滴管 
 
C.未提供的材料與試劑 
1. 樣品萃取液：0.1 M ammonium bicarbonate  
2. 蒸餾水 
3. 吸水紙

A.  General description 
The ELISASreening Kit is an immunochemical test for the quantitation of 
Microcystins (MCY) in algae or water samples. The test principle is based on a 
direct competitive enzyme-linked Immunosorbent assay (dcELISA). In the assay, 
MCY toxin in the sample competes with horseradish peroxidase-conjugated 
MCY for a limited amount of antibody which has been coated on the bottom of 
the test wells.   
 
B. Materials and reagents supplied with the kit 
1.  One microtiter plate containing 6 strips of 16 test wells coated with polyclonal 
antibody specific to MCY   
2.  One vial each of 0.0, 0.1, 0.25, 1.0, 2.0, and 5.0 ppb MCY-LR standard   
3.    One vial of MCY-HRP enzyme conjugates, 6 mL 【HRP conjugate】 
4.  One vial of Substrate solution, 12 mL 【Substrate】 
5.  One vial of Stop solution (1 N hydrochloric acid), 12 mL  【Stop solution】 
6.  One vial of 10 x Wash buffer (0.1 N PBS and 5% tween 20), 20 mL 【10 x Wash 
buffer】 
 7.  One 3 mL dropper
